I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A COMMISSION there are a number of reasons as to why, but I do not have to specify. I will not draw anything derogatory/ offensive/ racist/ ablest/ sexist/ anti-LGBTQIA+ or any underaged NSFW art.

BE POLITE. Please be polite when emailing/interacting with me and I will of course respond in kind. Treat others how you want to be treated.

NOTHING IS FREE do not ask for free art.

I DON'T DO REQUESTS/TRADES So please don't ask. If you want the chance to get art by me you can commission me, or in July I'm over on artfight and I occasionally have raffles over on Deviant art, links for both above.

PRICES are set so that I can make at least minimum wage for the amount of time I spend on each drawing.

USD ONLY, unless I specify otherwise. There are certain (not all) commission types I have open over on deviant art that you are able to use site points over there for, check out my commission journals over there for details, link above.

NO REFUNDS: if an order is already in progress (which typically it is, because I start most as soon as payment goes through and finish the same day) , like wise with adopts/customs as i will provide the buyer with an unwatermarked version of the image/ character, thus completing the transaction, there are no refunds after that point.

DO NOT TRACE/COPY/ OR CLAIM MY WORK AS YOUR OWN. The only people who can post/use my artwork elsewhere are those who have paid for it BUT please do NOT repost my artwork on deviant art or other art sharing platforms. Especially not when I have already posted the artwork on said platform. You are more than welcome to share that link or share the image with friends or on toyhouse. But it makes me very uncomfortable to see a repost of my artwork, unwatermarked on someone else's page. Please just don't. When sharing on other websites, please link to carrd/ deviantart or toyhouse so people can find me. Posting the design/artwork to toyhouse gives you not only the option to credit but also the ability to watermark the image which helps prevent theft. The only people who should have access to the unwatermarked design is myself and the buyer.

Custom characters/ adopted designs, you can change the character's design, resell, regift etc, it's your character now you can do what you want with it but please be sure to credit me for the design by either link to my carrd or other platforms people can reach me ie toyhouse (I'm Lovette over on there) But again, please don't repost my artwork on art sharing platforms, you're more than welcome to post your own artwork of the design though.

If you have commissioned a custom design from me, do not create an identical "twin" and give the "second" design to someone else, as you only paid for one design. (this isn't a call out this is me learning from experience and moving forward with that knowledge) If you would like twin characters I'm more than happy to design them.

I DO NOT give permission for my art/designs to be involved with NFTs or AI in any way.

I have copyright over the commissioned image so I can use them for self-promotion (ie post them to my social media and use them as commission references going forward)

DO NOT REMOVE MY SIGNATURE/ WEBSITE FROM ANY OF MY ARTWORK.
